Anyone tried Spanish cigars?

My future in-laws just came back from Spain and they brought me some Spanish cigars to try.

Looked them up and a website says the following:

Condal no. 3
5.5 x 41
Filler : Havana, Dominican Republic, Brasil
Binder : Mexican
Wrapper : Connecticut Claro


I had never heard of a cigar blending Havana Tobacco with something else. Anyone had any experience with this or any other Spanish cigar?
