I am recovering from Cervical Spine Surgery performed on Jan 22, 2010.

It was years overdue, and I always put it off due to family and work obligations.

It got to the point that I could not put it off any longer as it was putting me into higher risk areas.

I am going to have to start looking for a Physical Therapist.

I'm hoping we have a member who is a Physical Therapist who wouldn't mind a little QA session by PM.

I've done some reading on line, but I'm not real satisfied.

I want to know if any specific credentials are better, any signs of getting strung along, what is effective, and what might

be fluff, taking up valuable time, as well as money. I would also like to know of any reputable vendors where I could

possibly purchase an item If I determine that savings can be realized doing certain things at home versus taking time,

money, gas, lost time from work, etc, which adds up real fast. I.e., hidden savings by doing this in the comfort of my home.

I am now a single father too, so my 6 year old needs me home, not to mention the savings there as well, not paying premiums

for after hours child care, meals, etc.

Thanks for any attention to this that you may be able to give.

I can't be of any help with this, but I wish you the best of luck my friend. Here's to hoping for a speedy recovery.
