I couldn't figure out what to smoke this afternoon. And a good friend suggested a VR Famosos. I've had one sitting in the cabinet for some time, but was just going to let it ride. Poking around, I decided to take a look at the VR and I'll let the following pictures tell the story...ugh!

Looks good, right!?

Then I noticed my bitter enemy insisted on sharing it with me

So I let the little bastage have a couple puffs...sucker

Dude, that blows. I hope you found the sucker and he's not crawling around your cabinet somewhere.

Personally, I set the conditions in my humi just right for those little guys.

I like a little extra flavor in my sticks. Well done Seadub :)

Bastards! I had a couple of humidors worth of amazing stuff that I had been saving since my oldest son was born(he's 7 now). I saved two of anything rare or odd. I had a complete set of Padrons! We were in the process of buying a new house and I had been very preoccupied with this and moving so I ignored my Humidors for about 6 weeks. I was cleaning up to move and I noticed a little critter scurring along the top of the book case where I keep my humidors. I manage a cigar store and I knew as soon as I saw it. I lost close to $5000 worth of cigars to those f-ing bastards. When I see one I will pick it up an eat it. I will get my revenge one bug at a time!

I hear that they add amazing flavor to the cigar...:)

Let us have a moment of silence for all the cigars that have been lost due to "Beetle" related instances.......................may they rest in peace :(

Oh man :( Sorry to hear that Brad.

It's all good. We smoked really good around the shop for the better part of a Month! Opusxkc got to smoke some rare treats as did my boys! I hate those little bastards! I saved what I could but I was heart broken when they got the first pair of cigars I layed down(PAM Diplomaticos, the store gave me the box, they were 6 years old when this happened)!

ROFLMAO  . Sad thing about the smokes though  .

What the heck a little protein-smoke in a cigar won't kill you, but I imagine even better when eaten ala sushi as Brad does! Maybe it is just the great power that be telling us it is okay to save for a rainy day, but also enjoy life whilst you still can. As they say in the old movies "Smoke em'if you got em'" :-)
