The forum sends out hundreds of emails that are generated automatically every day. Most of these emails are PM notifications, thread updates, etc... Unfortunately some webmail providers tend to mark legitimate emails as spam, or tend to block our entire server.
An effective way to combat this is to check your SPAM folder regularly, and when you see an email that was generated by CigarPass.com, mark it as NOT SPAM.
Also, please add the following email address to your webmail contact list:
That tells the webmail provider that the emails are authentic and you intend to receive email from it.
