B&M in South Lake Tahoe

Going for a family vacation to South Shore Tahoe tomorrow. I am wondering if there are any lounges in that area that I might be able to visit while I am there.

ETA - I wouldn't mind driving a little bit for one (probably no more than say 30 mins).

There is one in South Lake in a strip mall. The guy that owns it used to have a store in Las Vegas. He was real nice, and I hope you go by and see him. I don't know the name of the place but I think it is the only one not in a Casino.

I think I might have seen this one while driving in. I will have to stop in and see if it's the same one you are talking about. Do you know if it's also a lounge, or would it be a buy and smoke outside?
