Meat is murder! Tasty, tasty murder.
The best two that I know of are Stogies on Grand in St. Paul and Tobacco Grove in Maple Grove (NW burb).
I'm 3 hours or so north of the Cities, but those are the two shops I've visited and the two that most of the guys on cigar boards seem to talk about.
Maybe someone more local can help you out. Try PMing Swifty or Gonz, they live down there.
