Remember to spend every moment you can with your new baby because they grow so fast. My first boy is almost 7 now (WTF happened?). Also . . . spoil the heck out of them! :D

Best words of advice my wife and I received was from a very good friend of ours while we were in the hospital. She told us to ignore everyone but our doctor. That, and start planning the first birthday party, you won't believe how fast time goes.
