Hey all,

I do not have much experience or knowledge in the area of wine, but was hoping the many great minds of CP do. I am interested in picking up a few bottles during the most current bevmo 5 cent wine sale. i was hoping some people might have spotted some good wines to pick up at the sale, so if you have any recommendations that would be great....here is the link to the online inventory of the 5cent sale.

Hey Keith,

Not sure what your preferences are as far as varietals but the Bridlewood is very good and the Hogue late harvest Riesling is also great for after dinner. If you're looking for something crisp to go with seafood the Albarino is a good selection.

I wouldnt pass up the Trumpeter Malbec either.

Hop this helps!

Greg,

Thanks for the recommendations. I am interested mainly in the red wine, but I will give a few of your recommendations a try!

BevMo recently had their 5 cent sale. And eventhough this sale is for them to weed out odd lots and stuff that doesn't sell, there are a few wines that are worth looking at during these sales. I recently picked up a delicious wine from Australia called Yangarra. They were $28/bottle and with the 5 cent sale, you basically have them for $14 each.

BevMo seems to be doing the 5 cent wine sale more frequently. I think it's going on right now actually.
