Beware of this company; I don't want anyone else getting screwed.
PS - They sell a wide range of cigar accessories for those of us in the US.
- Poor customer service.
- Rafael rarely responds to emails. When he does, it's a different excuse every time (items not in stock, he had a nervous breakdown, company under new management, warehouse can't figure out how to pack items for shipment, never received order, never received payment, can't find order, website out of date, etc). Yes, I'm very serious about the warehouse being confused on how to ship an item...
- International members placed orders, never received product or even a tracking number. Rafael took 3 months on average to refund money. Always a different excuse.
