Well I agree there is no more time for excuses or delay. So everyone that is owed a package should make sure you post when you receive your package. I have faith in Frank. Don't confuse that with me saying it is ok to be late. I'm not.
 
Yes, I am the evil one….I have neglected to send out my Lotto cigars (on another board) in a timely manner. For that I do apologize, not only to the individuals involved but to the rest of the board as well. This should not have happened on my part and I am really sorry. I hope the following cigars fulfill my obligation with a little extra. Now that my season is about over I’ll be spending more time on the board. I know better now not to get involved with lotto’s and passes as my season starts up again next year.

Ok. If you want to create suspect to the validity of the"LIST".

What your doing now Harris is creating drivel on a list that is of great importance to the cigar communities abroad. Granted, Frank has shown disrepect. But in noway is he the likes of a "scumbag" as I know it defined.
 
You can get off the scumbag list.

I think Frank's chances of getting off of it are very good compared to most of the others.

But you can't tell The Master how to run his list.

Packages have confirmation of landing.

Like I said before. It was a bad choice not to get them sent ASAP. But, I am positive it wasn't Franks intentions to rip anyone off. So if you've had your shot at kicking him in the nuts, time to let it rest. If you haven't... wind up and get a good kick in... then let it go.

The way I see it. Frank appologized to the board and the 2 reciepiants. He made good on his debt. And because of his 'past history' before this bungle, will stay as my BoTL, until, like any other member... he proves he doesn't deserve it. Everyone else will have to make up their own mind.
 
since cohibasurfer bumped this, figured I'd answer my own question and confirm that that is indeed the list in question. I guess there's a lag of a day or two between when The Master says someone is on the list and ormazd updates the HTML.

As far as Big100HD, I would never hesitate to trade with him either.
 
That list has some well deserved scumbags on it. It's sad that who ever runs it has tarnished it by placing Frank on it. In no way, shape, or form, is Frank a scumbag... bottom line. Slacker.. maybe... ;)

One of my first buys at Cigar Pass was with Frank. He is not someone that should be on the list. He didn't come through when he was supposed to, but he did make it right.

I would never have an issue with dealing with Frank!
 
If I recall Frnak was one of the very first people I "talked" to on this board when I joined. He did leave us hangin' in Baltimore though. ;) When you come to C-Ville to get your goodies at Jack's I'd like to meet ya...

cohibasurfer, people who are 2 months late concluding their responsibilites are scum bags. There is no excuse and there never will be. We received a request from a BB asking us to put him on the list. We were told the facts about his trangressions and agreed he needed to be put on the list.

People need to be warned about people who are two months late. Just because you forgive him, it doesn't mean he should be taken off the list. Just because you don't agree with him being on the list, it doesn't make the list any less valid.
