Rod- I live in SoCA too, and I used to have a big problem with them as well... After we had kids, I had to make sure they were gone... We went with a company called Anti-mite, but Terminex and others offer the same service. They come in once a month and treat outside, for about $40.00/month. If you have a problem between sprayings, they will come out at no additional charge...
