The link takes you to Palmetto State Armory, they have rifle kits for $379. All you have to do is add a stripped lower receiver, which should be sub $150 locally. Out the door you are looking as less than $550, which is dirt cheap considering the specs of the build kit.
They also are offering a kit with a 22 conversion for $500
I'm not sure you will prices any lower than this.
