Since buying this mac-daddy Blackstone I have found myself crazy excited about what to do on it. Maybe we should use this thread to share recipes, thoughts, ideas etc.

I got the 36 inch, air fryer, warmer combo and I am very impressed with the quality! So far I have done pizza, steak, burgers and fries, but I can't stop thinking about what to do next! 🤪

A big ol pile of breakfast food. Fajitas and cheese steaks.

Check out dollar tree for gear. They may have small Al foil disposable mini loaf pans for the grease trap. They should have squirt bottles for veg oil and water for clean up. As I mentioned in the other thread I skipped the fancy expensive scraper and bought a 6 inch putty knife from the hardware store. For food flippers I went to Sams club and they have a two pack that are restaurant quality.

Oops! There is already a thread on this?

I have that same griddle and love it! The air fryers are super nice, and we don't have to turn on the oven or air fryer in the house during the summer to do fries, tots, breaded chicken pieces.

I have yet to use the warmer, as I haven't found a time where I needed to warm anything after cooking. It all gets eaten very quickly with (2) 18 year old boys in the house.

With that much surface area all you need is a wire cooling rack over in the corner to set stuff on to stay warm. It hovers about half an inch off the surface.

Mine is the three burner size. My brother has a four burner size. Both are old style w grease trough in the front.
