Broken Cigars

Just pulled an Ashton Cabinet out of my humi and was about to cut it when I noticed that there was about an inch crack at the foot. What do you guys do when this happens? Cut it....toss it...light it..?

Light it. It may burn crazy, but you can give it a shot!!

Smoke it.
You will have to nurse it until it gets past the crack, but it should be fine.

I just picked this one up yesterday so it was either broken when I bought it....or I broke it on the ride home.

Go to the grocery store and pick up some pectin gel. You will find it in the canning and jarring section or baking goods. That is what they use to put the wrapper on the cigars. Save the clipped cap and flatten it. Put the pectin on the cap and a little on the crack. Use the cap for a patch. It will work fine.
