I just wanted to drop everyone (and I do mean everyone) a thank you from me. I am not a big "fan" of the internet but I dig the **** out of this Message Board. I do Honestly get a sense of brotherhood here...everyone seems to legitimately get along, and is openly interested in what everyone else has to say about our chose hobby. I hate to sound all Gushy and all, but coming on here has made me a better Hobbyist (is that a word?). I now tend to give more cigars to my friends than I smoke, am thinking about buying a third humidor, and religiously blab about how cool this whole thing has been for me.

Matty, I have to agree with you, this place is awesome!

I am on a few boards and I have to say that this is the only one that has an overwhelming sense of brotherhood. :thumbs:
 
I totally dig this place. I've only been registered ( notice I didn't say member...yet.) for 24 hrs. It's like home...ahhhh.....

Funny - not that long ago there were a couple of flame wars that had everyone wondering what happened to the place - fur flying, tables and chairs kicked over, beer bottles smashed, people being booted... :0

And a couple of minor mishaps with a couple of others (just some shirt grabbing and angry faces)... :(

But, now we're back to all getting along.... :love:

I moderate on another non-cigar forum, and I can safely state that you guys haven't seen a REAL internet fist fight yet..... :whistling: Over the years.....wow...I've seen some doozies.

The folks here for the most part seem interested in gars, having a good time in this game of life, and sharing the good fortune and stories thereof with others. With that as your motivation, it's hard to go wrong.... :cool:

PS: Never post, let alone moderate, when "in the bag". Some "interesting" stuff happens that way....:D
