Burn hole while smoking.... beetles?

Within the past week, I've smoked 2 cigars (tatuaje angeles and juan lopez) that had a small burn hole pop up (3/16" diameter) about 1" down from the ash. There's no evidence of previous holes on the cigar so I'm assuming it's just a space in the tobacco that creates it and not beetles. I'm just curious to see if this has happened to others or could it be that it is beetles related. The hole was definitely circular and seemed to have some depth to it. ???

It happens. Sometimes I see smoke puff out of a nearly invisible hole in the wrapper when I use the Blazer for a touch up.

This actually happens to me quite a bit. It is sort of creepy, like the smoke the peeks out from under the door and then disappears in 'Backdraft'
