This afternoon after work i decided that it was time for a smoke. About a week ago i picked up a couple of Cabaiguans from my local B&M. I was very excited to try one of these as i am a fan of Pepin Garcias cigars. This brand is the refined sister to the in your face Tatuaje line.

The setting: Outside of my apartment on a glorious sunny day in Portland, Or.

Beverage: An iced coffee.

Appearance: I smoked the belicoso which has a beautiful light wrapper that is stunning in appearance. No noticeable veins and the pointy tip was beautifully crafted.

Construction: This cigar burned evenly all of the way down to the nub. The wrapper did split a little bit in places but this did not affect the burn at all. The draw was a bit tight but did not bother me. The humidity in my humi has been a bit high this might have caused the tight draw.

Flavor; A medium body smoke with a leathery flavor and a creamy nuttiness. This is the first cigar i have smoked in while that was creamy. I really enjoyed it. I found myself concentrating more on the cigar then reading my magazine. This is a great daytime smoke and was perfect for a sunny afternoon like today. I usually prefer a more full body smoke but this cigar really hit the spot. I look forward to purchasing a few more of these. An ace!

I smoked all sizes of these and love them.I prefer these in the morning or afternoon.
I will be buying a couple boxes soon.

Thanks for the review, glad you enjoyed these.Wish my local shop carried these,I have to travel an hour and a half for them.

I just bought a box of these. They are pretty good. A little on the cedary side but that can be nice sometimes. I have only smoked 2 out of this box and am interested how they will be after they have sat a while. I am definetly glad I bought the box.
