I wanted to update everyone on what the response was from Caldwell. After a few weeks of being patient with them traveling, I was about to give up on the email responses I had received, but last week finally heard back from a customer service rep with Laudisi Distribution Group. They said they were getting a replacement box as well as some extras in the mail and after a next day shipment, this is what I received! Being in the service business, this was over the top and speaks alot to their service/brand! Very impressed with how they handled this as it could have been ignored VERY easily!
