9PM Eastern would work better. I know what you all are thinking, whats an extra 30 minutes? The difference is the wife and kids in bed :)

If we can thats what I would prefer. Any sooner and I run the risk of being late.

Blinds: Double every half hour

9:00pm - sb=5 bb=10
9:30pm - sb=10 bb=20
10:00pm - sb=20 bb=40
10:30pm - sb=40 bb=80
11:00pm: this being the 2 hour mark I think the blinds should be - sb=100 bb=200 as we don't want the game to go much longer than this.

Initial chip count: 500

Ok by me. I'll try about anything once. 500 should be plenty w/ only a 10 BB; that's only 2% of your initial stack.

Ok, Im here, and 9 sounds great. I cant print out the blind schedule so I will just follow along. I got a nice nap this afternoon, so should be fine till 11 or so.

One game started at 9pm EST/7 MST. 4 ppl showed up. Now it looks like we are going to start another if anyone is interestd. :)

Ok.. Poker recap. In the first game I was the first out. In the end, marcsheldon and stevehawk did us a favor and split the winnings so we could start a second game.

So, here are the standings of the second game:
stevehawk took the lead pretty early in the game and just maintained a crushing lead.

Tenpin - 1st out
DevilsMilk - 2nd out
marcsheldon - 3rd out
Blu3Drag0n - 4th out
....
steve hawk put GrandCruNo2 all in. GrandCru calls w/ the flush draw but stevehawk took it down a full house Kings full of 2s (KKK22).
GrandCruNo2 - 5th out

It is now heads up between grac and stevehawk. Chip stacks are
grac = 336
stevehawk = 3144
I really don't think he has much of a chance. But grac is palying very aggressively. I'll sit and watch to see who wins. Oh.. stevehawk called grac's 2nd all in.
stevehawk had pocket tens, grac AJ. Grac takes down the pot w/ a pair of aces and doubles up. Steve, the nice guy he is, has offered to let grac conceed and he can keep his sticks. But it seems grac is determined to make a comeback. But as time ticks on ... grac's comefy bed is calling him. Do I see a cut and run in his future? But he is on the comeback trail:
grac = 972
stevehawk = 2528
grac is trying w/ all his might to get steve to split the pot. Call it a tie and split the cigars. But the offer seems one-sided. But grac is playing more aggressively w/ every hand.
grac moves all in .. steve folds

stevehawk = 2448
Now it seems that the two are playing more conservatively. Nobody is really getting much of a starting hand. grac is holding on and trying to keep his eyes open. stevehawk is determined not to loose. How long will it go on? How long do I have to narrate this post? LOL .. both are starting to realize that really huge hands aren't coming and are starting to play harder even if the board hits them. I start mocking from the side lines: "all in" ... "all in" ... "ALL IN" .. . then grac moves all in. "I was just kidding". stevehawk calls. This must be it.
Grac gets a straight Ace high on the flop. But stevehawk pulls it out of nowhere and gets a boat, Tens full of 9s.
grac = second out
stevehawk = the champion. :0 :cool:

Good post. And good game guys. It's about time we had a full (nearly) full table. If I'd known I was gonna win this many sticks tonight, I wouldn't have spent all that money on CigarBid this week. :whistling:
