I've recently had an absolutely terrible experience with a vendor that advertises on this site, however due to the nature of their product I'm asking for opinions on what, if any, procedure we have in place to call them out. It has nothing to do with authenticity, but everything to do with screwing up every detail of my order, and now I've finally got the cigars and they've shorted my a box. And it looks like they're out of stock now of that cigar, so what the fuck am I supposed to do now? How the hell do we handle this in the group buy? This vendor has always done right by me in the past, which is why I used them, but now I'm just pissed.
Thanks for any opinions. I'm currently waiting to hear what their excuse is for this most recent mistake and what they plan to do about fixing it.
