He basically blew me off when I reached out to him over at CA. I will do so again, not sure if it will do any good.

To be clear, I don't know this guy and frankly IMHO he deserves to be on the scumbag list, based on the well documented posts in this thread. I'll PM him one last time over at CA.

Not sure he will reply. I have taken heat for posting about him. No matter is people agree how I have called him out many force on me and not the fact Ed has burned people in the cigar community.

Not sure he will anwser. He owes me money as well. For about 9 months I have been trying to collect.

He was made aware of this thread back when it was made. How much does he owe you? It would probably be a good idea to tell your story with dates, emails and pictures.

To date Ed Sallee still owes me $287.42. Considering the circumstances, I think it might be best to add him to the bad trader list. Phil?

I paid $1160.00 He has given me about $250. I have pictures on many threadsand will add some here this weekend.

It's obvious your sole reason for joining this forum was to badmouth WM. That's fine, there is value to others in that. But if you go off and make 278 posts about this I can guarantee you will be treated like you've been treated elsewhere for this exact same reason. Let it rest where it is. Good people you've never met before are reaching out to try and get the situation resolved, you really can't ask more than that.

I received an email form ED this morning. Glad to see he has posted here. i hope he post on all the other forums stating that he was wrong in how business was handled with me and all others that he owes. I can say that at least he has stood up like a man and has acknowledged his wrong doing. I can only hope that I will along with the other get the money that is owed soon.

Thank you again for those that have gone past the fact I have posted with my heart on my sleeve. I am glad that their may be light at the end of the tunnel for all of use that have had issues with Ed. As soon as the issue has been resolved I will let you know.

This has been hanging around the builders neck for far too long already. It appears to me as though the only reason that the builder is considering making it right is because the scumbag list would cost him humidor business. I hope that I am wrong.

I don't know his guy, but from looking at the situation from the outside in, he appears as though he might be a liar and a thief. I am oftern wrong. I hope that is the case with Waxing Moon.

I know I'm stating the obvious but maybe if you'd make good on your previous transactions that have gone bad you'd sell more humidors. I know it's kind of a catch 22 but I've got a feeling your business won't do very well until you make a better reputation for yourself. That begins with making things right when they go wrong and, as others have stated, when you can't make them right immediately you've got to communicate a plan to do so and then follow through.

That's very generous of you gentlemen, but this has caused me no financial hardship and I don't want it to negate Ed's responsibility. I don't think Ed Sallee is a liar or a thief, but I felt he should be on the bad trader list due to his current inability to take care of his customers. I'd be surprised if I never got reimbursed, but I'd also be surprised if it was anytime soon.
