Today is going to be Fun! I've got to cook 40 racks of ribs, and its going to be a beautfiful sight. May have to get some good pictures to post up.

What will be even more fun is when everyone from the site starts receiving them come wednesday or so.

Now that sounds like a great day!!! Last week when I was at the grocery store I sooooo wanted to buy a roast or brisket to BBQ. But alas, I have no time today to tend the fires. I get to keep fighting with glue. It seems that the glue was the best way to go for my hardwood floor, but man, it is a serious pain in the ass.
