So, in the last few months I have had the oportunity to smoke a few Casa Fuentes. I found them unique and enjoyable. On two of them I also relit the nub and smoked it in my pipe the next day (I know, I know  ). The point is, I have found that these smokes don't seem to have the strong pungent burnt, acidic taste that most other cigars do after a long sit down and relight. The question is have any of you guys done this and experienced the same thing?

They way you put it out matters more that what the cigar is, at least in my experience.

1. knock off the ash
2. purge the cigar for 10 seconds
3. let it go out naturally
4. dust off any remaining ash
5. blow out again for a few seconds

How not to do it: stub it out ash and all in an ashtray and leave it smoldering in a pile

Wilkey
