Change in Banned Members ?

While I can find posts by banned members when using the advanced search option , I noticed that banned members are no longer listed in the "members" directory, searching for banned members in the members directory does not work, and that banned member's profiles are no longer viewable?

In my opinion, this protects the banned members, and does a great disservice to the cigar community at large. Any chance we can keep these options open so that we can keep the archives searchable to avoid additional asshattery?
