We've had a very good time doing our Cheese Pass but you
might want to check out some of the problems we've had.

It takes some effort to get the cheese delivered especially later when the weather starts warming up.

Wishing I was as cool as Phil
You'd run into a similar problem shipping wine, I would think. Two - three days in the back of a 100* truck doesn't bode well for a bottle of wine.

You'd have to kick this off in the next week or so to avoid the hotter weather. Maybe fruitcake and bourbon, heat won't hurt either of then too much
