Cigar Aficionado video review of Bolivar RC

I was looking at C.A's video review and came upon the video review of the 2006 cigar of the year which happens to be the Bolivar RC. The reviewers where clearly American and smoking the cigars here in N.Y.C's Gran Havana room. With all the letters going around and the way this administration is handling people who purchase and/or smoke ISOMs here in the states does any one else find C.A a little irresponsible? Sorry if this topic has already been spoken about ???
