Cigar bands framed

I forget the member's name, but he made me a very nice framed cigar band picture.

I wanted to know if this person could make me another, I have lots of bands and want it to look as nice as the one I have now.

Dont' you just glue the cigar band unto the cardboard that comes with the frame?

They are double matted with picture matting from a frame shop. Some I have had custom framed, some are frames I bought.
