Cigar Club Goes Corporate to Survive

Nice write up. I want to start one up in CT. I wish we already had a dinner/club together, to see if we had the talent and interest to do this.

What a great idea. The $1k for the preferred stock looks like a bargain for getting unlimited usage of a private club. Way to go fellas.

Great idea and amazing execution. Membership dues are also very reasonable.

all you guys need is to throw one hell of a HERF now :whistling:

With that said - any CT or AREA BOTL....pm me and we'll get the ball rolling on this...who's in for a club!!?

Gary...I think Matt was talking about me. Oh, damn, I think you might have been talking about me, too!

Matt--I guess the "I don't think i shoiuld have posted that publically" PM is out the window. gary, you knwo where I stand. Perhaps Roscoe would be willing to share some of what he has learned to help us get off the ground?

If anyone would like a copy of our operating agreement, or advice on starting a club, you are welcome to it. Just email me.

The one advantage we had in setting this up is we already had a 100 member base to call on for investment. Many of the members had talents we used in building the place so we did not have to hire contractors, etc.
