I can't remember what movie that line is from, but it conveys my feelings about the woman in that picture perfectly.
 
"I'd buy that for a dollar" is from the televised quiz show scene early on in Robo-Cop.

Sadly, I remember the movie that was from... it was a hideously cheesy movie called Deathrow Gameshow.

So I'm flipping through the channels this morning and guess what is on. Robo-Cop! Sure as hell, that was the movie I was thinking of.
