Scrolling back through my Twitter media, it seemed like a long time before I came across anything that wasn't a San Cristobal Fabuloso.

So I'm gonna call it a tie between my go to & last month's winner, the Mi Querida Triqui Traca No. 648, a cigar that's frankly just straight up delicious.

August was a slow month for me…I have a tie as well.

Flavors from this LFD were surprising.

And the overall experience of the Aladino Cameroon was wonderful.

Didn't smoke much besides my usual Fabulosos last month, but of the few others I tried, the HVC Hot Cake was a real standout. Full bodied, strong espresso bean flavor profile, pretty good construction, burn, and draw. I'll definitely buy more.

Had a lot of good ones to choose from, in the end it came down to this and the Event Horizon (BLTC)
Both cigars have moved my needle on Maduro and Broadleaf. but the winner is....
