Dude it was a joke, sorry if I hurt your feelings. I guess one thing I am trying to point out is that some people don't always make others feel welcome to be on the site. As a FOG in another forum I understand that new guys are going to ask questions, it makes for small talk. New guys aren't jumping in passes, they aren't jumping straight into trades, they don't know anyone well enough to joke around, they don't know hoe they site works on what they can say and not say, they don't know where all the right places to post everything are and since there are friggin millions of threads and posts on here, it's a pain to go through and search all the time so they try to meet people by asking questions. If everyone used the search feature we would have nothing to talk about. If I am going to trade with someone and they ask my address, I'm not going to be a dick and tell them to look in my profile, I'll just reply and give it to them, just like others have done to me. I clarified to add that you do give an answer, but some people don't.

We are alot like other places in that we prefer folks use the search function and open their eyes instead of asking a question that's been asked/answered a million times.

Asking questions is fine, making small talk is fine, but if you just take a minute to think about what some of the most commonly asked questions are you can avoid asking it and just find your answer. It sounds like from your above post you have some real specific issues with a couple people, so instead of being all passive/aggressive perhaps you ought to call them out.

There's some common sense rules that apply to a new person on any forum, regardless of subject matter. You should introduce yourself, you should read for a while to get a feel for how a place works, and you really should read the rules or FAQ's if you can find them. They're not that hard to find here. That's all we ask, and it just boils down to having respect for existing members and the board.

Hey thanks to the ones that understand the rest fuck'em I dealt with alot of shit in life doing what I do I dont need to hear shit from people online for asking a question bolts 100% correct when you have newbies and they ask a question it takes just as long to type the stupid responses as it does to awnser them. At just what point in time were you given "shit" for asking a question? Rather Brandon provided you with a forthright, prompt response, addressing your post. Go back up and re-read this thread if you failed to understand it the first time. What transpired were posts back and forth between Ray and the other noob. But "shit" given to you? Hardly. Keep up that "shit"attitude however, and it will surely come your way. Guaranteed. Regardless of how much you proclaim to "love" this forum.

Easy big fella. You need to calm down. We are not out to get you. Some people jump on this board and fire away with questions, not knowing about the search function. Personally I learn more by searching than I do by asking questions. When I have exhausted the search function I will ask a question. No one was calling you a dick.

With the attitude you just portrayed, don't expect alot of help. The vast majority here are great ppl and will go above and beyond to help. Calm down a rethink your situation. No one is talking shit to you either. They are just trying to help. Accept it or not its up to you.
