i sat in there again last night for almost an hour. i learned a lot by just reading the things that are written below each picture. Such as:

The very first batch of anejo wrappers were stored in cognac barrels for 6 years.

did you take all those pictures moki? how long ago were those pictures taken and can anyone take a tour like that? i wouldn't think so but I have to ask.
That would be a trip of a life time.

Yeah I took the pics... the pictures are from about a year and a half ago -- tours are not typically offered to the public.

BTW, the original Añejo wrappers weren't stored in cognac barrels for 6 years... the wrapper was 7 years old, but it was just stored in tightly compressed bails. The curing in cognac barrels is just for 6 months or so.
