I just completed my deal with a certain CP'er named Cigar Dawg.
This man is good people! I am talking world class, all time "took care of a brother" can't imagine a better deal, package today.
My hats off to Cigardawg and he is my new positive role model. If the world had more CigarDawgs it would be a better place!!!

Scot got me seriously involved in cigars about 6-8 months ago. I can't tell you how many cigars he has handed me saying "Jim, you have to try this". Truly a world class BOTL and great friend. I just wish I had the cigar palate (and collection) he has. Glad people here on CP can see what a great BOTL he is. :thumbs: And, you are all very welcome - I introduced him to CP...

Let me also add my cudos to the Dawg. I also just completed a nice buy from Scot. He was very generous with his time answering stupid newbie questions and VERY generous with what got included in my order. People like Scot on CP are the reason I joined here and not one of the other boards! For people like me who don't have the time to be on multiple boards, THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE :D
 
Yep, his assload of fivers sale is/was a great idea. I've got several fivers on the way that his sale gave me a chance to try out for very little $$$.

OK, OK, enough already, you guys are making me blush. :blush:

Seriously, thank you for the very kind words. From what I have seen on this board, however, I do no more and far less than some of the BOTLs here. This is truly a great place. Jim, thanks for introducing me to CP. I can't describe how much fun I have had since I joined. :D

As for the a$$load of 5'ers sale, it was a great idea. Not because I cleared some space in my humidors, but because I got to interact with a bunch of great folks that I might not have had the opportunity to meet otherwise. I also got to put some cigars in peoples hands that they might not have tried otherwise. I think a couple of great outcomes. :)
 
Yep Scot, thanks for the sticks, they arrived today, i was expecting two work packages from Fed Ex. Nothing better than to hear the courior at 8am and see the sticks! (it was raining, so she handed them to me, so they are dry too!)

My dog, the one in my avatar, will actually seek me out when I sit down to smoke and jump up in my lap. He loves it when I light up a good double corona...he knows he gets to stay there for a long time. :D Our other dogs don't like cigars one bit. They tend to shy away from it.
 
My big guy Porter (130# and stil growing) loves certain cigars, believe it or not! Certain ones he'll stay away from, but if I light up a Padron '64 or 26, a Siglo or the Brazilia- look out! He's all over me and I actually have to watch where I put it or he'll try to get close to it... TOO close!

And I too love the Dawg... :love: got some great smokes in his humidor clearing sale! thanks Bro!!
