CIgars for the Troops

Hey guys I have a great problem. Alot of smokes that I used to be into, but no longer go to, are taking up vital real estate. Seeing that I have seen whispers of people sending cigars ti the troops, I am looking for any info about how to do this. I can't think of any better way to make room, so any info would be awesome.

I have a buddy doing a 365 in Afghanistan who doesn't smoke, but has a lot of friends there who do. If you don't come up with a better plan, I can shoot you his address if you'd like.
