Cigars in Mexico since the new law in 2023?

I just learned about the legislation Mexico (linked below) passed in early 2023. Has anyone been recently? I am wondering how it may or may not have impacted relaxing with a good stick?

They should ban illegal fentynal and all the other crazy synthetic drugs the cartel runs up here....let me know how that works out.

There are so many other things they need to fix with their colossal institutional problems. The Marlboro man is not the devil.

All of these third world countries that border second and first world countries need to do a self check up in the mirror.
