I considered just getting you a lump of coal, but I figured you’d probably just try to smoke it.

You would think I wouldn’t try smoking coal after the last time… but never say never!

To answer your questions,

A: sleep, as much as one can possibly get.
B: a home in Costa Rica should suffice.
C: a reaper drone?

In honesty, I enjoy receiving cigars that the sender enjoys. That has always opened the door to things I wouldn’t normally try, and has also brought cigars I’ve considered but never pulled the trigger. Knowing that it’s also a cigar someone else thoroughly enjoys brings good meaning as well.
