"Connection Refused" messages?

On both my dial-up and now my cable connection I get frequent "Connection refused by www.cigarpass.com" messages. If I back up and resend my post, then there's a duplicate.

WhatamI doing wrong? Or is there just a glitch in the system? :lookup:

Edit: This seems to happen most often when replying to a thread rather than posting a new topic. (I think :lookup: )

Sounds like you're the only one. Have you tried connecting from another computer? I checked the server, connection, router, etc, and everything is functioning normally. Could be your ISP. Let me know if it continues to happen.
