Consuegra Questions

I know Consuegra's are over-runs from the Villazon Factory but what do all the numbers mean? I have been recommended the # 9s which is only Rothschild, right? Are the numbers just different sizes? Whu is #9 so popular or recommended? Or, are the numbers correlated to the brand of over-runs, Punch, Hoyo de Monterrey, Excalibur, El Rey del Mundo, JR Ultimates, etc? Thanks
