my local store has the Xmas ale at $5/four pack.

I tried one and found it to be pretty nice, albeit simple for a beer of this type. Pretty clean malt flavor for a Belgian, the yeast not one of those major ester producers apparently. Caramel and a touch of sweet citrus, with a long, clean, simple finish.

I like it at this price, but suspect you Belgian fans think it tres ordinaire? :)
