CP Color Theme Problem.

Every time I set a color theme on CP it will go back to the Brown theme on its own after using CP for a little while.

Anyone else having this issue?

I think I figured it out if on my phone i select full version it goes to the brown theme and if i shut down cp on my phone with the brown theme up my laptop will switch back to the brown theme from the color choice theme. So I guess my new question is why on my phone if i select the cp color theme it goes to the mobile version not the color theme?
