First I would like to thank CP and it's members for allowing me to administer CPI for the last few years. It has been an honor and a privilege. A few weeks ago Rod and Emodx approached me to pass the CPI Torch on to a new guardian. I must apologize to CP for not having the time to care and promote CPI the way we originally intended so I said let's do it. So , there is the back ground for this pass. Now lets get to the meat!The purpose is to take the CPI premiums that I have had and transfer them to the new Insurance agent Emodx. This is a one way pass from me to him.
This will give CPI the opportunity to refresh these well aged smokes with some new ones to supplement CPI.
This will also be a open pass, no restrictions on who can join.
If you are an existing member of CPI I encourage you to participate.
If you want to join CPI you new premium must be added over and above the pass cigars. This means if you take 2 for the pass and put 2 back in but you want in CPI you must also add in your premium without taking any new cigars out. If you don't understand this I will explain in further detail if needed.
If you are just joining the pass to join a pass the standard rules apply to you.
RULES:

equal value smoke for equal value smoke
This pass will need to be insured for a minimum of $50, since CPI cannot insure itself.
All smokes need to be in a wrapper of some kind. No naked smokes.
All newbies(no offence) will be required to supply me with a phone # as well as your address
If that is a problem I will give you mine in return. This is just for added protection, and past experience.
Tracing # will be a requirement along with the min. $50 insurance on the package.
All other rules are standard for passes unless Emodx wants to add new ones.
