I can't wait to get em, got a good price for Lousiana crawfish at $3 a lb (best places to look are local seafood or ethnic stores). The prices will go down as the season goes on with imports from China lowering the price. IMHO Chinese crawfish don't taste as good as Lousiana crawfish, but thats just me. I add onions, lemon, corn, potatoes, and sausage to my boils and try to make the boil spicey as hell. I usually aim to have everyone's nose running by the time they are done. My parents are masters at the art of the crawfish boil, theirs tastes so good it will make you fight grandma.
Boils are great family affairs, I always had good memories from boils as I have grown up, good times...

Sure, but be prepared to have you sinuses flushed.

As they say in Acadian country, "Laissez les bon temps rouler!"
Translation: Let the good times roll!
