Cuban Box Codes page not working?

When I try and open the Cuban Cigar Box Codes link, a new window opens and loads the main page. Is this happening for anybody else?

Hmmmmm...the box code page comes up, as it did this morning - but I don't know where to add 'new codes'.

Did that feature go away - or am I just missing it?
