I smoked a maduro over lunch. Spit. Egh, nasty. A while back I had one of their double connecticuts. That was useless as well. Tasted like a dog turd wrapped in dried grass.

Does anybody like this line?

I've smoked my share of Cusano's and I like them fine, but none of them are "go to" smokes for me. I do keep some on hand though. Not bad, but none have overly impressed me.

I attended a Cusano tasting last fall and the only one I enjoyed was the 18 Maduro. My least favorite was the 10th anni and the rest fell somewhere in the middle. Not a cigar I keep on hand. YMMV -

I did a review (my first) of the 18 Maduro here. Not a smoke I'm really interested in trying again, since I've had so many that are better... Smoke what you like, though, and don't knock it until you try it. :)

I've heard them repeatedly described as beginners' cigars. I agree with that assessment. None of the lines are particularly interesting although most tend to be fairly inoffensive. I smoked seven of their lines as part of a taste test for a local B&M and was not impressed by any of the ones I had. The only one I have not tried is the 18.

Wilkey

I've had several of their cigars. Nothing much to write home about. I've had a couple 18's that weren't bad, but not overly impressive.
