Ok, what we know about our perp is that he lives on this street, but our tailer could not determine which residence or block, the Northern block is on the left and Southern on the right.

As I had Chloe relocate the satellite images, I noticed that this might be a set-up because the numbers do not match up and I also noticed that there are, in fact, driveways on the other side of the road on the right and the perp might actually live on the side of the road we were not monitoring and might have gotten away.
