Does anyone make a decent culebra anymore?

With the recent move from Michigan to Illinois time has slipped away from me and my brother's bachelor party is fast approaching. Its too late to order the Partagas I intended. The Tats, Davidoffs and Illusiones have all been discontinued and I haven't found any available. My PM to Johnny yesterday hasn't been answered yet and the LFD culebra, based on reviews, may not be considered "decent". Does anyone know of a current production culebra that is special occasion worthy?

Stick with the Johnny 'Os.  He may be traveling as well, so give it a little time.

I'm not aware of any other worthy culebras.

I shared an LFD Culebra years ago and remember it being fine. Can't tell you much about it other than it wasn't indecent, per se.

I actually just learned that other companiea than Partagas made culebras....so...thanks!

I have a complete box of Partagas Culebras that my wife bought me 4 years ago....never had one yet....

They do have some Illusione 23 available here.  No idea on the quality of the vendor so if anyone has input there.
Federal is pretty highly regarded in some circles, especially for their store exclusives like the EP Carrillo stuff and the Headley Grange Snare Drum.

I see they also have a Le Bijou with a Connecticut wrapper. Looks interesting.

I've split more than a few LFD Culebras with friends. Both the Lanceros version that BBS posted, and some of their "regular" ones. They've always been better than decent.

John got back to me and is out of all culebras right now and even more disappointing is he is also out of the rum I was hoping to pickup.

I have an LFD culebra in the cabinet and last time I smoked one (when my Marine was home) it was pretty fantastic.

PM me if one is all you are looking for, we can probably work something out.

Pretty sure this is the one I have:

Nice find. I bet that took some digging around to find, I appreciate it.

Thanks all for your input.
