My best friend runs a chopper forum called ChopCult
They are doing an event tomorrow called Slab City Riot
Slab city is the place that was featured in the film Into the wild. The place where the hippies were.
This place is full of people that have checked out of the mainstream for some reason or another.

These guys are not your typical Sturgis or OCC boys. They are mostly about hand built hard tail old school choppers.
Cool stuff. Mostly super solid guys. Most remind me of folks I meet here.
I help Bill with his shenanigans and he helps me with mine.
I usually run chase for these events and pick up broken bikes along the way, but this time I am in the advance party. I am driving the truck with a trailer full of Pabst and making sure it is cold for when the bikes arrive. Of course I have my travel humi and a cooler of personal real beer, and a flask with a little Mcallan 12
The coctagon is going to be off the hook.
