Just introduced to it tonight. It is like some wierd adult root beer. Kinda syrupy and really sweet like cinnamon schnapps with vanilla and 14 other flavors that may surface on any given sip.
 
Benedictine is some odd stuff made from 25-30 plants and spices. Gotta be in the mood for it myself.
 
I thought it was Brandy and Benedictine. ;)

Introduced to it my senior year of high school, at a buddies house. I thought it was smooth and sweet, if I remember right. Went back to the keg after that.

They don't sell the B&B here in PA so it may take a while. Strangely, they do sell the straight Benedictine.

We'll have to call this a tie as we are both right. It is made with cognac which is a type of brandy. All cognac is brandy but not all brandy is cognac.

In the mood for it is correct.......

Don't know what that mood is, but it has taken me over two years to sip my way thru 85% of the bottle I have......So what ever that mood is.....It don't come round to often.
 
I just received a bottle of this as a gift.

My Brother-in-law wants to have a good cigar with me when I crack it open.

Any opinions on what to smoke?
