I smoked a 2007 when I went to herf with Jfeilds. I was not impressed. For $40 I expected a whole lot more.

Next time spend a little more and rent someone good looking :laugh:

In the first picture, the guy pushing the broom is jfields. The guy at the far side of the group with the shades is Keystone_Raider. The man in the middle who is also the same guy sucking on the slurpy stick in the second picture is our own beloved Cigarstone. The other three aren't CP members yet. The good looking guy behind the camera in the first picture would be me.

Dear Mr. Hartman,

The 2006 and 2007 releases of Don Carlos Edicion de Aniversario were all made with the same tobacco in 2006. It is just that they were released in different years.

Just to give everyone a shock, since I'm usually first in line to harsh out a bad vendor, I ask this:

Is that quote above something sent via email to you, or something a shop employee told you. Reason I ask is that it's not beyond reason that there might be one employee who by luck answered the phone when you called and doesn't know jack, whereas perhaps the others would have known a better or more accurate answer. I'm just trying to give them the benefit of doubt since otherwise folks have always applauded them.

That was cut and pasted from the email response from Darlene.......or to be more clear, I sent an email to Darlene and got that response back. This on the heels of assuring me that my mold covered Anejo was really plume and I should smoke it, "it will be delicious" she said!

Damn that is too bad. Darlene is a sweet girl but you would think she would have her shit together seeing as how she works full time in the industry and is the face and voice of TS. Oh well, que sera sera.
