I've pulled cigars out of a humi reading high 60's before and they're too try. I've also pulled them out when it's reading in the low 60's and they've been so wet I can't get a good burn/draw. For what it's worth I usually try to take a stick that's been in the center of the humi. When I take one that's been resting against the side or top I always seem to get an uneven burn. The cedar and natural air circulation from outside to inside the humi seems to rob one side of the cigar of enough moisture to create an uneven burn.
